Jelli provides an AI-powered service that lets you save, organize, and interact with content from social media platforms and the web. You may use Jelli only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Jelli. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian. By using Jelli, you represent that you meet these requirements.

To use certain features of Jelli, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

You retain ownership of the content you save to Jelli. By saving content, you grant Jelli a limited license to process, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing our service to you.

You may not use Jelli to save, distribute, or promote content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any such content and suspend accounts accordingly.

When using Jelli, you agree not to:

• Use automated systems or bots to access or interact with Jelli.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of Jelli.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Save or distribute content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Use Jelli for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Jelli allows you to save and interact with content from third-party platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, Safari, etc.). These platforms are not affiliated with Jelli, and we do not control their content, policies, or practices. When you save content from these platforms, you are also subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. Jelli is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or legality of third-party content.

Jelli is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jelli and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or via email. Your continued use of Jelli after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York County, New York.
